Partner, Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Human Capital
Bill Hagner is Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Human Capital of Eldridge Industries. Previously, Mr. Hagner served as a Senior Managing Director of Guggenheim Partners and as the General Counsel of Guggenheim Investments. Prior to that, he worked at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen. Mr. Hagner received his A.B. in Philosophy from the College of William & Mary, his J.D. from the University of Richmond, and his LL.M in Taxation from Temple University. He has earned the Chartered Alternative Investments Analyst, Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor, and Chartered Managerial Accountant designations.
John F. Klein
Partner, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer
John Klein is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Eldridge Industries. Before joining Eldridge, Mr. Klein was an adviser to Stone Point Capital and previously served as President of Guggenheim Investments overseeing operations, distribution, strategy, and finance. Prior to joining Guggenheim Partners, Mr. Klein was a partner and member of the Investment Committee for Citi Private Equity, a manager of capital invested in private transactions. He began his career at Bain & Company. Mr. Klein received his A.B. in Economics from Amherst College and his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School.
Principal, Chief Administrative Officer
Emily Bachman is the Chief Administrative Officer of Eldridge Industries. Prior to Eldridge, Ms. Bachman served as Vice President of Operations at Guggenheim Partners, where she managed and developed the office of Todd Boehly. Ms. Bachman currently serves on the Board of Directors of CBAM and Maranon Capital. She received her B.A. in Women’s Studies from SUNY New Paltz.
Todd Gilbert is a Principal at Eldridge Industries. Prior to joining Eldridge, Mr. Gilbert was a Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners and focused on principal investing, business development and strategic transactions for Guggenheim, as well as private equity, corporate credit and special situations investment opportunities. Mr. Gilbert currently serves on the Board of Directors of Stonebriar Commercial Finance and Blackbrook Capital, and is actively involved with various other Eldridge businesses. Mr. Gilbert received his B.B.A. from the University of Michigan.
John E. Kim
John Kim is the Head of Structured Products of Eldridge Industries. Prior to joining Eldridge, Mr. Kim was a Managing Director at Natixis, where he focused on structured financings for a variety of asset managers and hedge funds. Previously, he was head of CLO structuring at Deutsche Bank. Mr. Kim currently serves on the Board of Directors of Stonebriar Commercial Finance and Elliott Bay.
As a technology innovator and agent of change, Michele has operated as a global business leader in banking and financial services for more than 30 years. For the past two years, Michele was engaged in venture capital investing and advisory in the fintech space. Michele is a member of the Deutsche Bank Supervisory board, and is also a board member of Morneau Shepell and CMG. Until May 2017, Michele was Executive Vice President of Consolidated Markets and Solutions for IHS Markit, where she led a portfolio of businesses that deliver data insights, analytics, and technology solutions to financial markets, engineering, and technology companies. Prior to joining Markit in 2013, Michele spent 25 years with UBS, the global wealth management and banking firm. Most recently, she served as the bank’s group CIO and Head of Operations.
