Blaine Hirsch is a Partner and Head of Special Situations at Eldridge Capital Management. Previously, Mr. Hirsch was a Vice President at Security Benefit, where he was responsible for the management of Security Benefit's special situation investments and private equity portfolio, in addition to handling other strategic investment initiatives. Prior to joining Security Benefit, he was a Director at Eldridge Industries, where he focused on deal negotiation and structuring. Prior to Eldridge Industries, Mr. Hirsch worked as in-house counsel for Guggenheim Partners' investment management business. Mr. Hirsch serves and has been a member of multiple boards, including Aftermarket Performance Group, Cambridge Innovation Center, Aurify Brands, Film Expo Group, and Elliott Bay. Mr. Hirsch received his B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School.
