Carlton McMillen is a Managing Director and Co-Head of Research at Eldridge Capital Management, and a member of Eldridge’s Sports and Entertainment Investment Committee. Previously, Mr. McMillen was Senior Director at Eldridge Industries. Prior to rejoining Eldridge Industries in 2022, Mr. McMillen was a Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at MRC (nka Eldridge Media Holdings), which he joined at the firm’s inception in 2018. At MRC, Mr. McMillen led efforts on acquisitions, investments, capital raises, corporate finance, and special projects. Prior to MRC, he served as an investment professional for Eldridge Industries and Guggenheim Partners, and as an investment banker for Guggenheim Securities and Merrill Lynch. Mr. McMillen serves on the Board of Directors for Penske Media Eldridge and Sugar23. He earned his B.S. in Finance and his B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
