Demian Kircher is a Managing Director at Eldridge Capital Management. Previously, Mr. Kircher was a founder and Managing Director at Maranon Capital where he was responsible for transaction sourcing, investment underwriting, and portfolio management. He has experience in leveraged lending, private equity, operations, and accounting, and was a member of Maranon’s Investment Committee. Prior to Maranon, Mr. Kircher was a Principal at American Capital where he managed the sponsor coverage team in the Midwest. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kircher worked at Franklin Street Equity Partners, DocuSystems, Inc., and Arthur Andersen LLP. He received his M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and his B.B.A. from the University of Michigan. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive).
