Gordon DuGan is Vice Chairman of Eldridge Capital Management, and a member of Eldridge’s Real Estate Credit Investment Committee. Mr. DuGan has over 30 years of investment experience and co-founded Blackbrook Capital, a specialist real estate investor focusing on future-proof supply chain infrastructure across Europe, which recently merged with Cain International. Previously, Mr. DuGan was the Chief Executive Officer of Gramercy Property Trust (GPT), a REIT specialising in industrial properties. Mr. DuGan oversaw the growth of GPT and eventual sale to Blackstone for $7.6 billion. Earlier in his career, Mr. DuGan served as the Chief Executive Officer of W. P. Carey, where he oversaw its growth to more than $10 billion AUM and established the European business. He serves as Executive Chairman of INDUS, and is on the Board of Directors of the Innocence Project. Mr. DuGan received his B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
