Jeff Iverson is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Eldridge Capital Management. Mr. Iverson has over 20 years of experience working with executive teams and boards. Previously, Mr. Iverson was the Chief Operating Officer of Blackstone Insurance Solutions, Blackstone’s platform offering capital solutions and asset allocation to insurance companies globally. He also served as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of several Blackstone business lines. Earlier in his career, Mr. Iverson worked at a European direct lending and SPAC sponsor, as well as Lehman Brothers in London. Mr. Iverson started his career in private legal practice in Palo Alto, California with Cooley, and in London with Weil Gotshal & Manges. He serves on the Board of Trustees for Harlem Grown. Mr. Iverson received his B.A. from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his J.D. from the University of California at Davis.
