Jeffrey Griffin is a Managing Director at Eldridge Capital Management. Previously, Mr. Griffin was a Senior Managing Director at Stonebriar Commercial Finance where his responsibilities included the management of the Rail Leasing and Financing platform. Prior to joining Stonebriar, Mr. Griffin served as the Vice President of Rail Leasing at SMBC Rail Services and its predecessor companies, where he successfully expanded the company’s customer base and increased its market share in railcar leasing. Earlier in his career, he worked as a Senior Account Manager at GE Rail Services. He began his career at Union Pacific Railroad, where he spent 15 years in progressively responsible roles. He received his M.B.M. from Bellevue University and his B.S. from Clark College.
