John Guyot is a Senior Vice President and the Chief Legal Officer at Security Benefit and Eldridge Wealth Solutions. Mr. Guyot joined Security Benefit in 2003 and previously served as General Counsel and Secretary from 2008 to 2025. He has extensive legal experience in financial services, corporate governance, and transactions. Previously, Mr. Guyot held roles at The Fairchild Corporation and law firms in Washington, D.C., including Winston & Strawn. He serves on several nonprofit boards and is Chairman of the Kansas Insurance & Financial Services Education Foundation, and a Director and member of the Executive Committee of the Kansas Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Guyot received his B.S. in Finance from The Wharton School of Business and his J.D. from Duke Law School.
