Laura Albrecht is a Managing Director at Eldridge Capital Management, and a member of Eldridge’s Diversified Credit Investment Committee. Previously, Ms. Albrecht was a Managing Director and Chief Administrative Officer at Maranon Capital, with experience in leveraged lending, private equity, asset management, and corporate valuation. At Maranon, Ms. Albrecht was primarily responsible for transaction sourcing, investment underwriting and portfolio management in conjunction with human resource management, talent development, legal documentation, and DEI and ESG initiatives. She was a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining Maranon, Ms. Albrecht was a Vice President at American Capital where she held positions in the sponsor finance, buyout, and restructuring groups. Earlier in her career, Ms. Albrecht worked at Adams Street Partners and PricewaterhouseCoopers. She received her M.B.A. from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University and her B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Indiana University, and is also a CFA charterholder.
