Lisa Johnson is a Managing Director at Eldridge Capital Management and Chief Executive Officer of Eldridge Capital Management (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. Ms. Johnson is responsible for the launch and growth of the APAC business and manages overseas (non-US) fund management structures. Previously, Ms. Johnson managed the Strategic Partners business for Eastspring Investments, the asset manager of Prudential plc. Ms. Johnson has lived in Asia for more than 24 years, including in Japan, China, India, and Singapore. She has held senior management roles in the asset management business, working with institutional and retail clients developing and investing in traditional and alternative asset solutions. Earlier in her career, Ms. Johnson was Chief Executive Officer of Investcorp Asia Financial Services Pte., Ltd., responsible for Monetary Authority of Singapore licensing of the Asia headquarter office. She also worked as a Director for the India PE/RE acquisitions from IDFC Bank. Ms. Johnson joined 3i Debt Management, the predecessor to Investcorp Credit Management in 2013, and prior to joining 3i, was a Managing Director at Vulpes Investment Management (formerly Artradis). Ms. Johnson serves on the Woman’s Board of Rush University Medical Center and the Advisory Board of Pershing Ventures. She is a co- founder of the 100 Women in Finance Singapore Chapter, and a member of the 100WF Global Council. She is also the Ambassador for Women Executive on Boards (WEoB), Harvard Class of 2022, and Co-Leader for PE/VC Industry Group. Ms. Johnson holds a B.S. in Business Administration and Management with a Minor in Communications from Meredith College.
