Paul Bossidy is Vice Chairman of Eldridge Capital Management, and a member of Eldridge’s Diversified Credit Investment Committee. Mr. Bossidy is a seasoned business leader with forty years of relevant experience, and spent much of his career as a senior operating executive. Previously, Mr. Bossidy was the President of Patripabre Capital LLC, and spent fourteen years with General Electric/General Electric Capital serving in various roles, including President and Chief Executive Officer of Vendor Financial Services, President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Commercial Equipment Financing, and President and Chief Executive Officer of GE Capital Solutions. Prior to GE, he worked in public accounting at Coopers & Lybrand. Mr. Bossidy has served as the Chairman of the Board of Stonebriar Commercial Finance since its founding in 2015, and is also the Chairman of the Board of the Family & Children’s Aid Supporting Foundation Board, and the Vice Chairman of the Board at Radical Hope. He was formerly the lead Director at Maranon Capital, the Chairman of the Board of Essential Properties Realty Trust, and a Board Member of Berkshire Hills Bancorp. Mr. Bossidy received his B.A. from Williams College, his M.S. in Accounting from New York University, and his M.B.A. with concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business. Mr. Bossidy is also a Certified Public Accountant.
