The Play Ball Foundation provides equitable access to school based intramural middle school sports in high need communities throughout Massachusetts. We believe every middle school student, regardless of where they live or their family's financial circumstances, deserves the opportunity to experience the lifelong benefits of playing sports. By partnering with public school districts, Play Ball funds and supports free school based intramural sports leagues, removing barriers to participation and creating opportunities for thousands of students to build confidence, develop leadership and teamwork skills, and foster a sense of belonging. Through the power of sports, Play Ball is helping young people become more connected to their schools, their peers, and their communities while creating opportunities that can change the trajectory of their lives.
