The Academy of Real Assets is a social enterprise with a single idea and ambition – to open doors. In practice, this means we introduce the real estate and real assets industry to thousands of under-represented school-age students every year through our in-person events and experiences up and down the UK. The majority of school pupils and their career leads have no idea about the range and diversity of opportunities our industry offers. Nor do they know many of the most fulfilling and important jobs within our business don’t need a university degree. Bringing our Member firms and young people together helps the next generation understand how they can shape and make a difference to the places where we live, work, and play, and makes the real estate and real assets industry more accessible, interesting, and attractive to all.
