Abirami (Abi) Sivagnanam is a Senior Director at Eldridge Capital Management. Previously, Ms. Sivagnanam served as Senior Director, Human Resources at the TIAA Global Capability Center, where, as Co-Head of the HR business function, she directed enterprise-wide people strategy and governance. She brings more than two decades of human capital leadership across APAC and Europe, with deep expertise in organization design, employee relations, talent strategy, change leadership, total rewards, and digital HR transformation. Prior to TIAA, Ms. Sivagnanam led HR for Global Technology and Corporate Functions at Altimetrik, and served as India HR Head at Gigamon, where she established and scaled the India HR function from inception. She received her MBA in Business Administration from Newcastle University in the United Kingdom and a B.E in Engineering in Telecommunications from Visvesvaraya Technological University. She is a Certified People Analytics Practitioner (XLRI) and is Hogan Assessments certified. Beyond her professional role, Ms. Sivagnanam is an active coach and mentor to senior professionals and a dedicated volunteer with non-profit organizations advancing children’s rights and education.
