Alicia Costello is a Managing Director at Eldridge Capital Management. Mrs. Costello is responsible for fundraise management driving the execution of the capital formation process. Previously, Mrs. Costello was Head of Fundraise and Project Management at Monroe Capital and was responsible for developing private credit products and fundraise strategies. Prior to that role, she worked as a Senior Vice President in Brookfield Asset Management’s Global Client Group as Head of Private Equity Fundraise Management. Earlier in her career, Mrs. Costello worked at Blackstone in Investor Relations and Business Development as well as Merrill Lynch Investment Banking. Mrs. Costello received her B.A. in History from Manhattan College.
