Andrew Eiler is Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer at Eldridge Capital Management. Previously, Mr. Eiler served as Chief Technology Officer at HPS Investment Partners, where he oversaw the development of the firm's technology platform from its inception as an independent entity through more than eight years of growth as a leading global credit investment manager. Prior to joining HPS, Mr. Eiler was Chief Technology Officer at J.P. Morgan's Highbridge Capital Management. During his nine-year tenure at Highbridge, he held several senior technology leadership roles serving both its multi-strategy hedge fund and the HPS credit businesses. Mr. Eiler began his career as a software engineer at GlobeOp Financial Services, where he developed systems serving its hedge fund clients. He studied Computer Science at Lehigh University.
