Ayako Nakayama is a Director at Eldridge Capital Management, where she is responsible for Investment Grade origination, underwriting, and portfolio management activities across corporate credit and asset-based finance strategies. Previously, Ms. Nakayama worked at American Century Investments where her responsibilities included equity research for the Real Estate and Metals and Mining sectors for the Global Value Equity strategies. Prior to joining American Century, Ms. Nakayama worked at Security Benefit, focusing on structured credit investments. She received her B.Com from the University of British Columbia and her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
