Ben Frank is a Senior Director at Eldridge Capital Management. Previously, Mr. Frank served as Chief Revenue Officer at First National Capital Corporation, where he led all revenue-generating functions, including national sales, marketing, and go-to-market strategy for one of the largest independent equipment finance companies in the United States. Mr. Frank has more than 20 years of experience in private credit, equipment finance, and commercial lending, with extensive expertise in structuring and funding transactions across diverse industries. Prior to joining Eldridge, he held senior leadership positions at California Bank & Trust and Sunwest Bank, where he managed large commercial banking and lending teams and oversaw portfolio performance across multiple states. Earlier in his career, he was an equity partner at Diamond Creek Capital, a lower middle market private credit fund, and served as Director of Seniors Housing and Healthcare Real Estate at Red Capital Group. Mr. Frank received his B.S. in Business Administration (Finance) from Chapman University and has completed additional coursework in Leveraged Buyouts & Financial Modeling through Wall Street Prep.
