Carter Phillips is an Associate at Eldridge Capital Management. Previously, he was an Analyst, Commercial Real Estate, Debt at Security Benefit. He supports the CRE debt portfolio, evaluating investment opportunities, and assisting with strategic analysis. Prior to joining Security Benefit, he worked as a Portfolio & Asset Management Analyst at Northmarq, where he monitored and serviced a portfolio of 70 loans, collaborating closely with Borrowers and Investors. Before Northmarq, Carter was an FP&A Intern at CSM Corporation, supporting the multifamily portfolio, and interned at Cushman & Wakefield as a Commercial Real Estate Analyst on the Brokerage side, gaining exposure to Office, Retail, and Industrial sectors. He received his B.S. Financial Management from the University of St. Thomas.
