Craig T. Schorr is a Managing Director and Head of Insurance Solutions at Eldridge Capital Management. In this role, Mr. Schorr partners with insurance companies to tailor investment solutions that align with their investment, liquidity, capital management, and reporting objectives. Previously, Mr. Schorr was a Managing Director within Bayview Asset Management’s Insurance Asset Management team and a Senior Vice President/Managing Director at AllianceBernstein where he served as Head of North America Insurance and Global Insurance Practice Leader. Earlier, Mr. Schorr was a management consultant with AlixPartners and The Boston Consulting Group. A decorated combat veteran, Mr. Schorr served as a US Navy submariner during the first Gulf War and Operation Enduring Freedom, retiring as a Captain after active and reserve service. He is active in Scouting America, having served as a Cubmaster and Scoutmaster. He received his M.B.A. from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and his B.S.E. in Systems Engineering and B.S. Economics in Finance from Wharton as part of the Management & Technology Program at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a CFA charterholder, a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA), and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®).
