Douglas Schneider is a Senior Director at Eldridge Capital Management. Previously, Mr. Schneider was the Head of Commercial Real Estate Debt at Security Benefit. Mr. Schneider manages a dedicated CRE Debt team, where his tasks range from leading the CRE team with the management of the current CRE Debt portfolio to leading the origination of new loans for the portfolio. Prior to joining Security Benefit, Mr. Schneider served in the United States Marine Corps, where he achieved the rank of Sergeant. Mr. Schneider received his B.S. in Finance from Kansas State University and his M.P.S. in Real Estate Development from Georgetown University.
