Elijah Dail is a Senior Associate at Eldridge Capital Management. Previously, Mr. Dail was a Private Equity Associate at Thirty31 Partners where his responsibilities included deal origination and execution of majority buyouts of founder-owned businesses. Prior to joining Thirty31, he served as a Private Equity Analyst at Summit Agricultural Group where his responsibilities included supporting investment strategy and operations across portfolio companies in the U.S. and Brazil spanning agriculture, renewable energy, and manufacturing. He has experience with a variety of investment structures including project finance, leveraged buyouts, and greenfield development. Mr. Dail received his B.B.A. in Finance from the Henry B. Tippie College of Business at the University of Iowa.
