Eric Morgenstern is a Director at Eldridge Capital Management. Previously, Mr. Morgenstern was a Vice President on Cain International’s real estate credit team. Prior to joining Cain, Mr. Morgenstern worked at RMWC as a Director. He also held roles at Centennial Bank, Toll Brothers City Living, and Ernst & Young. Mr. Morgenstern received his M.S. in Real Estate Finance from New York University and his B.S. from the Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University.
