Graham Keable is a Managing Director at Eldridge Capital Management. Previously, Mr. Keable was a Managing Director on Cain International’s real estate credit team. While at Cain, Mr. Keable played a key role in the origination and development of the firm's UK credit portfolio, as well as its expansion into continental Europe. He has over 18 years of experience in real estate finance, debt investment, and banking. Prior to joining Cain, Mr. Keable was a Director on Barclay Bank’s Specialist Real Estate team. Prior to his appointment to the Specialist Real Estate team, he served as a Director in the Structured Property Finance team, a Director within the Business Support & Recoveries team, and an Associate Director within the PFI & Structured Project Finance team. Mr. Keable is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments, and completed London Business School’s Corporate Finance Learning Programme.
