Ivan Radoslavov is a Senior Director and Head of Data Architecture and Analytics at Eldridge Capital Management. Previously Mr. Radoslavov was a Senior Vice President at AIG and its spin-off, Corebridge Financial, where he spent 22 years holding a variety of leadership roles within the Investments, Derivatives, and Life & Retirement Insurance divisions. Throughout his tenure, he led data engineering and architecture teams, driving large-scale transformation initiatives and advancing the adoption of modern data platforms and technologies like Snowflake. Mr. Radoslavov received his M.S. in Computer Systems from the Technical University of Sofia, Bulgaria.
