Ivy Wong Flores is a Managing Director at Eldridge Capital Management. Based in Los Angeles, she is a member of the Capital Formation team and is responsible for institutional business development and consultant relations across the Western U.S. Ms. Flores brings more than 20 years of experience in institutional public and private credit business development, consultant relations, and relationship management. Prior to joining Eldridge, she was responsible for business development and consultant relations for PGIM’s private alternatives platform, including real estate debt, private credit, and insurance solutions. She previously held similar roles at Nuveen, Legal & General America, and Western Asset Management, now part of Franklin Templeton. Ms. Flores holds the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation. She received her B.S. from the University of California, Riverside and her MBA from the Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University.
