Jacob Maichel is a Director at Eldridge Capital Management. Previously, Mr. Maichel was a Senior Analyst, Commercial Real Estate Debt at Security Benefit. His responsibilities include assisting the CRE team with the management of the current portfolio and originating new loans for the portfolio. Prior to joining Security Benefit, Mr. Maichel worked as a Field Agent for The Knights of Columbus where he completed his Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, Life Underwriting Training Counselor Fellow, and Fraternal Insurance Counselor Fellow designations. He received his B.S. in Business Economics and Business Administration, and his M.B.A. and D.B.A. from Ottawa University. Mr. Maichel also earned his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
