Jake Borchert is a Senior Director at Eldridge Capital Management, where he is responsible for Investment Grade origination, underwriting, and portfolio management activities across corporate credit and asset-based finance strategies. Prior to joining Eldridge, Mr. Borchert was a Senior Associate on the IG Credit team at Security Benefit where he held similar responsibilities. Earlier in his career, he worked at American Equity supporting investment grade corporate credit mandates within the firm’s general account. Mr. Borchert began his career in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche, where he spent three years in the firm’s audit practice. He received his B.B.A. from the University of Iowa and is a CFA and CPA charterholder.
