Jarad Gronau is a Director at Eldridge Capital Management. Previously, Mr. Gronau was a Portfolio Manager – Head of Asset-Based Finance at Security Benefit. Mr. Gronau leads a team responsible for the management of Security Benefit’s asset-based finance portfolio and manages the firm’s external structured product partners. Prior to joining Security Benefit, he worked as a Structured Product Portfolio Manager at American Equity Investment Life Insurance Company where he led a team focused on public and private asset-backed securities, mortgage-backed securities, mortgage whole, loans and investments in single-family rental properties. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gronau spent 16 years at Principal Financial Group, where he was a Senior Analyst in the structured debt group. He received his B.S. in Finance and his M.B.A. from Drake University. He is a CFA charterholder and is a member of the CFA Institute and CFA Society of Iowa.
