John Luczaj is a Managing Director at Eldridge Capital Management. Previously, Mr. Luczaj was a research pod leader in the liquid credit group at Carlyle with responsibility for the healthcare industry. He joined Carlyle from CBAM Partners following Carlyle’s acquisition of CBAM in 2022. Mr. Luczaj has over 25 years of experience in the asset management business having served in various investment roles at Addison Clark Management, Armstrong Shaw Associates, Columbus Circle Investors and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Mr. Luczaj is a Chartered Financial Analyst and received his B.B.A. from the College of William and Mary.
