John Passaglia is a Managing Director at Eldridge Capital Management. Previously, Mr. Passaglia was a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Anchorage Capital Advisors. Having joined Anchorage in 2008, he was involved in all aspects of the Structured Credit business including research, trading, and risk management as well as capital markets and transaction structuring for Anchorage’s CLOs and CDOs and was a voting member of the ACO Investment Committee. Prior to Anchorage, Mr. Passaglia was a Vice President on the Global Structured Credit team at JP Morgan focused on CLO Structuring and Origination. Earlier in his career, Mr. Passaglia worked at Deutsche Bank. He has 22 years of experience in the financial services industry, with investing experience in credit and equity across the asset backed and specialty finance sectors. He received his B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
