Joseph Grider is a Senior Director at Eldridge Capital Management. Previously, he worked at Security Benefit, where he oversaw valuation, investment performance, fixed income analytics, and operations. Prior to Security Benefit, Mr. Grider held a series of investment operations leadership roles at Principal Global Investors and Aviva. He brings more than 25 years of industry experience. Mr. Grider received his B.A. in Economics from Luther College and his M.B.A. from Drake University.
