Kathiresan Kasimayan is a Managing Director at Eldridge Capital Management. Previously, Mr. Kasimayan was Co-Head of Derivatives at Security Benefit where he led the quantitative technology, data, product and middle office organization from inception. He focuses on building enterprise-level, scalable, high-performance systems for trading, and valuation for front office and middle office teams to help make efficient trading processes. Prior to joining Security Benefit, Mr. Kasimayan worked as a Quantitative Software Developer for Koch Industries and Aviva Investors North America, where he supported the derivatives trading business with trading and valuation systems. He has experience in managing onshore and offshore teams across the globe to implement software development practices and application support methodologies for managing a multi-billion-dollar FIA portfolio. He also worked on a real-time algorithmic trading system for managing a systematic volatility portfolio for commodity derivatives, which makes use of Bloomberg API for market price and order execution. He has deep expertise in leading data, AI, and quality engineering teams, as well as supporting collateral and margin management for derivatives portfolios. Mr. Kasimayan received his B.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University in India. He also holds professional certifications in Microsoft C#, Microsoft SQL Server, AWS Solution Architecture, and Blockchain.
