Lisa Flanary is Senior Vice President and Chief Growth Officer at Security Benefit and Eldridge Wealth Solutions. With more than 25 years of experience, Ms. Flanary leads the company’s integrated growth strategy and execution across the enterprise. To support this work, she oversees the company’s strategy, brand, marketing, sales enablement, product and value management, and communications functions. Prior to her current role, she served as Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer where she led the integration of brand, marketing, and communications functions at Security Benefit. Her career includes executive leadership roles at Thrivent and Allstate, as well as serving as CEO of Degree of Honor Protective Association, where she led its successful merger with Catholic Financial Life.She received her B.A in Journalism and B.S. in Mathematics from Augustana University, and her M.B.A. from the University of Illinois–Chicago.
