Matteo Milan is a Managing Director and Head of UK & Europe Real Estate Credit at Eldridge Capital Management. Previously, Mr. Milan was a Managing Director on Cain International’s real estate credit team. While at Cain, Mr. Milan played a key role in the origination and development of the firm's UK credit portfolio, as well its expansion into continental Europe. Prior to joining Cain, Mr. Milan was a Vice President of Global Real Estate and Infrastructure at Guggenheim Investments. Earlier in his career, Mr. Milan worked as a banker within the real estate finance teams at Citi, Santander, and Royal Bank of Scotland. During this period, he focused on structuring and executing real estate development loans and pan-European CMBS transactions. He received his B.S. in Economics from Bocconi University.
