Mehul Merchant is a Managing Director at Eldridge Capital Management. Mr. Merchant is responsible for distribution management and research, including assisting with the firm’s marketing and fundraising activities. Previously, Mr. Merchant was a Senior Vice President at Brookfield Asset Management, most recently in the Private Credit business responsible for developing private credit products and the integration of affiliated partner managers. Prior to that role, he worked in the Private Funds Group responsible for fundraising related activities across Real Estate, Infrastructure, and Private Equity at Brookfield. Earlier in his career, Mr. Merchant worked at Voya Investment Management and ING Investment Management in a number of product management and product specialist roles. Mr. Merchant received his M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota and a B.Com. from HR College of Commerce & Economics, India.
