Meredith Dodd is a Managing Director at Eldridge Industries. Previously, Ms. Dodd was a Partner at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in the Private Funds Practice where she advised some of the largest investment fund sponsors on the formation, structuring and operation of investment funds, managed accounts, co-investment vehicles and other similar arrangements. Ms. Dodd earned her B.A. in Biology - Neuroscience from the University of Wisconsin and her J.D. From The University of Chicago Law School.
