Mike Monita is a Senior Associate at Eldridge Capital Management. Previously, Mr. Monita was a Team Lead at Security Benefit on the Loan Operations team where his responsibilities included trade settlement and other support functions in the bank loan lifecycle. Prior to joining Security Benefit, he served as a Senior Analyst in Trade Operations at Principal Global Investors. He has over a decade of experience in trade operations, with a specialty in bank loan support. Mr. Monita earned his B.S. in Finance from the Ivy College of Business at Iowa State University.
