Michelle Aizin is a Director at Eldridge. Previously, Ms. Aizin was a senior associate at Latham & Watkins LLP in the Investment Funds Group where she advised fund sponsors on the formation, structuring and operation of investment funds, co-investment vehicles and other similar arrangements across a range of strategies. Ms. Aizin earned her J.D. from The University of Pennsylvania Law School and her B.A. in Psychology and Political Science from The University of Miami.
