Sameera Kolhatkar is a Director at Eldridge Capital Management. Previously, Ms. Kolhatkar was a Vice President at Cain in London, where she invested in net lease and industrial real estate across Europe. She joined Cain through its 2024 merger with Blackbrook Capital and previously worked at Eldridge Industries, Morgan Stanley, and J.P. Morgan. She received her B.S. in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and is fluent in Japanese.
