Sathya Gaddam is a Director at Eldridge Capital Management. Previously, Mr. Gaddam was a Test Automation Architect, Derivatives at Security Benefit. He is proficient in Playwright, Selenium, API automation, NUnit, Allure Report, AWS, and Azure DevOps, and owns the end-to-end quality strategy, designs scalable test automation and quality frameworks, and embeds continuous testing across the Derivatives products such as Triton, Recluse, and Lynx. Prior to joining Security Benefit, Mr. Gaddam worked as Test Automation Engineer III at Federal Home Loan Bank of Topeka where he built automation frameworks and managed the test automation for the entire suite of bank products. Prior to that, he worked with Google, JP Morgan, and Thomson Reuters in India. He received his B.S. in Computer Application and his Master’s in Business Administration from Osmania University, India.
