Selene Chen is a Director at Eldridge Capital Management. Previously, Ms. Chen was an Associate, Investments Solutions at Security Benefit. She is responsible for financing solutions analysis and portfolio management, with a focus on collateral loans and funding activities. Before that, she was a Quantitative Analyst at the Derivatives team, responsible for hedging the FIA (“Fixed Index Annuities”) derivatives portfolio, FX hedging, and managing the SBL pension portfolio. Prior to joining Security Benefit, Ms. Chen worked as a Derivatives Analyst/Business System Analyst on the Derivatives team at Protective Life Insurance. Prior to that, she was in Investments Middle Office where she focused on reporting and data management processes. She received her B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Kansas and her M.A. in Statistics from Columbia University. She is a Financial Risk Manager (FRM) charterholder, CFA charterholder, and a member of the CFA Institute.
