Kara Palusak is a Managing Director and Head of Client Services and Investment Operations at Eldridge Capital Management. Previously, Ms. Palusak was a Managing Director at BlackRock for 10 years and was the Global Head of Private Markets Client Platform and Head of Business Management and Strategy for the Private Markets Operation Team. She was responsible for building out the client services and reporting platform to support the firm’s growth in Private Markets as well as overseeing several acquisitions. Prior to that, Ms. Palusak was a Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners and led the Operations, Fund Accounting and Client Service Teams for the Managed Account Platform. Ms. Palusak started her career at a fund administrator overseeing hedge funds. She received her B.B.A. in Finance from Loyola College in Maryland and her M.B.A. from Rutgers University.
