Grant Dawson is the Corporate Financial Controller of Eldridge Industries. Prior to joining Eldridge, Mr. Dawson spent over a decade at General Electric in the US and UK in both business and corporate financial controllership roles. He began his career as an auditor with Deloitte where he qualified as a Certified Public Accountant, and Chartered Accountant. Mr. Dawson has a Honors Bachelor of Commerce Degree from University of Pretoria, South Africa.
Mark E. DeAngelis
Mark DeAngelis is a Senior Director of Eldridge Industries. Previously, Mr. DeAngelis was Head of Alternative Investments at Security Benefit. Before joining Security Benefit, Mr. DeAngelis was Chief Executive Officer of Macro Climate Solutions and a Managing Director at RNK Capital. Mr. DeAngelis formerly practiced corporate law in New York. Mr. DeAngelis currently serves on the Board of Directors of Farmhold Financial, Thirteenth Floor Entertainment, Blink Technologies and A24 Films. Mr. DeAngelis received his B.S. and M.P.A. degrees from Cornell University, a J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School and an LL.M. degree (Taxation) from NYU School of Law.
Senior Director and Head of Technology
Matt Hessinger is the Head of Technology at Eldridge Industries. Prior to Eldridge, Mr. Hessinger was an independent software architect, technology strategist and program manager, leading projects for and advising product groups at Google and Microsoft. He also managed engineering and delivery teams at several custom software development firms. He began his career at poppe.com, the first ad agency to put themselves and their clients on the internet.
Senior Director and Head of Human Resources
Kanna Kitamura is a Senior Director and Head of Human Resources at Eldridge Industries. Prior to joining Eldridge, Ms. Kitamura was a Vice President and Head of Legal Operations for Guggenheim Investments. She was a member of Guggenheim Partners’ Women’s Innovation and Inclusion Network, Secretary of the Pro Bono Committee, and acted as a mentor in its Veterans Transition Assistance Program. Prior to joining Guggenheim Partners, Kanna was a VP of Business Development and Director of Operations for a management consulting firm and was employed by the United Nations Development Programme in the Division of Public Affairs.
Born in Tokyo, Japan, Kanna was raised in New York, received a BS from Georgetown University, and a JD from Brooklyn Law School. Kanna serves as a Director on the Board of LSB Industries and sits on the Advisory Board of the NYC Kids Project, a non-profit organization based in New York City. She is a certified Special Olympics Equestrian Coach and volunteers with various wildlife and conservation groups.
Senior Director and Chief Accounting Officer
Marc Mascola is a Senior Director and the Chief Accounting Officer at Eldridge Industries. Marc joined Eldridge from General Electric Company where he spent over 13 years and was most recently the Deputy Controller. He brings over two decades of diversified finance experience, including comprehensive technical accounting knowledge and expertise in addressing financial and accounting matters across global businesses.
E. Adams Miller
Adams Miller is a member of the Eldridge legal team, providing counsel in connection with deal negotiation, the structuring process, and ongoing investment management. Adams joined Eldridge from Patton Boggs LLP, where he was a partner in the Corporate and Public Policy practice groups, focused on administrative and regulatory law, litigation, and private equity investment. Prior to his work at Patton Boggs, Mr. Miller was an international policy advisor for the U.S. Department of Commerce, NOAA. He received his B.A. in Political Science from Vanderbilt University and his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law.
Thomas G. Osterndorf
Senior Director and Head of Tax
Tom Osterndorf is Head of Tax of Eldridge Industries. Prior to joining Eldridge, Mr. Osterndorf was Founder and Managing Member of Osterndorf Gorman & Associates LLC. Prior to that he worked at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom. He began his career at Deloitte & Touche. He received B.S in Business Administration from Manhattan College, his J.D. from Fordham Law School, and his LL.M in Taxation from New York University.
Robert Ott is a Senior Director at Eldridge Industries. Before joining Eldridge, he worked as in-house counsel for the investment management business at Guggenheim Partners. Mr. Ott currently serves on the Board of Directors of Maranon Capital. He earned his B.S. in Finance from the University of Maryland and his J.D. from William & Mary Law School. Mr. Ott is also a CFA charterholder.
Ari S. Untracht
Ari S. Untracht is a Senior Director at Eldridge Industries. Prior to joining Eldridge, Mr. Untracht worked for former British Prime Minister Tony Blair as a geopolitical advisor to corporates and foreign governments around the world. He began his career as an investment banker with Citigroup and advised on transactions within the industrials sector in Europe, MENA and Sub Saharan Africa. He serves on the Jackie Robinson Foundation Board of Directors and is a graduate of The George Washington University.
Jon C. Wagner
Senior Director and Head of Communications
Jon C. Wagner is a Senior Director and Head of Communications at Eldridge Industries. Prior to joining Eldridge, Mr. Wagner led Special Projects for the classic toymaker Lionel Electric Trains. He received his B.A. in English from Washington and Lee University.
Jeff Wilbur is a Senior Director at Eldridge Industries. He arrived to Eldridge from Mediabistro Holdings (“MBH”), where he served as CEO, and oversaw all activities of the business units and corporate functions of the MBH platform, which included the following brands: The CLIO Awards, Mediabistro, ADWEEK, and the Film Expo Group.
