Carlton McMillen

Carlton McMillen is a Senior Director at Eldridge Industries. Prior to rejoining Eldridge Industries in 2022, Mr. McMillen was most recently Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at MRC (nka Eldridge Media Holdings), which he joined at its founding in January 2018. At MRC, Mr. McMillen led efforts on acquisitions, investments, capital raises, corporate finance, and special projects. Prior to MRC, he served as an investment professional for Eldridge Industries and Guggenheim Partners, and as an investment banker for Guggenheim Securities and Merrill Lynch. Mr. McMillen currently serves on the Board of Directors for Penske Media Eldridge, Fulwell 73, and Sugar23. He earned a B.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
